Hurricane Factory, the only wind tunnel in Slovakia, offers the opportunity to fly on a stream of air at the speed of a hurricane, all safely and under the supervision of experienced instructors.
Before the flight itself, you will receive complete equipment and the instructor will prepare you for the flight – he will explain the basic principles of flying and arrange signals for communication, as the wind roars at speeds up to 270 km/h in the tunnel. Then all you have to do is lay down on the airflow and start flying! If you dare, you can also try turning, climbing or descending under the guidance of an instructor. This one-of-a-kind experience is suitable for children as young as 5 and doesn't require any prior experience. A minute in a tunnel is like a parachute jump from a height of 4,000 meters, without any danger. Every flight is recorded on video, so you can recollect the memories of your first flight at any time.
