Iľanovo Park

A small green area of the park stretches between the House of Culture and the Evangelical Church in the town part of Iľanovo. There is a monument in the park dedicated to the victims of the World War I and II, bearing the names of the fallen soldiers.

The name of the park is a reminder of the Mikulᚴs Jews and the Jewish community, which held an important place in the history of the town. More info

Kubínis´Park

It is named after two significant natives from the village of Demänová – Mikuláš and Alexander. More info

Ivan Laučík Park

Ivan Laučík, a native of Liptovský Mikuláš, worked in the Liptov region as a teacher and principal at several primary and secondary schools. More info

Margita Dobrovičová Park

The important Mikulᚴs poetess won several awards for her works and remained in the memories of Mikulᚴs natives even after her death, when other collections of poetry were published. More info
