Town beach near the Liptovská Mara dam
The town beach is accessible directly from Liptovský Mikuláš – from Palúdzka district. The 700-meter-long shore of Liptovská Mara offers relax by the water, beach volleyball, mobile buffet and an incredible view of the mountains.
Come cool off, sunbathe and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Play beach volleyball, grab a bite to eat from the buffet or just lounge by the water with a view of the mountains. On site you will find a beach volleyball court, beach gastro, paddleboard rental, changing rooms, dry toilets and free parking. Soon, you will be able to enjoy the following new services at the town beach: a workout zone for teenagers and adults, additional beach furniture including benches and bike racks, pedal boat rentals, and an expanded food and beverage area.
